Dover manager Richard Langley has picked up his first manager-of-the-month award after just two months in the job.
The Whites boss was recognised for his team's results in December. The Dr. Martens League Premier Division Manager-of-the-Month award is based on results in league matches and the League Cup. Athletic won all five of their matches, four in the league and one in the cup, in the month of December.
The team also earned the December 'Safe Hands' award which recognises defensive performances. The goal conceded in the 4-1 League Cup victory over Chatham was the only blot on an otherwise perfect defensive record last month.
