Following the end of a disappointed season during it was felt that certain players failed to live up to expectations, it has been agreed that now is the current time to reorganise the club to ensure a solid foundation is laid for the future playing and financial structure of the club.
To enable this to happen we will be appointing a part time chief executive and a full time youth development officer to ensure that the club forms a base from which the remaining structure of the club will be built and to ensure it will comply with all necessary requirements to become an FA charter club for both senior and youth sections.
Qualified coaches will be employed to oversee the day-to-day fitness and tactical training required by the under eighteens, reserves and first team.
Following discussions with the personnel that we hope will accept these positions we will issue details via the press.
