Dover Athletic Under-13s played their first ever game together last Friday against Adam Birchall's Pro Soccer Academy.
Whites' youngsters beat Birch's team 6-3 in an exciting first match for manager Joe Brady's newly-formed squad.
Dover's record-breaking goalscorer praised the potential future stars of the club and spent time with the boys who have made the effort to join the Youth Section and learn from UEFA qualified coaches.
Adam is the Head Coach at the Pro Soccer Academy, which operates predominantly in North Kent. Crabble team-mate Barry Cogan is also a coach and ex-Margate goalkeeper Scott Chalmers-Stevens is a director.
After the game Adam said: “Well done to Dover Athletic Under-13s, they showed great character to come back to win from 3-0 down against Pro-Soccer Academy.
"There were some promising displays from the team so keep up the hard work. The future looks promising at Dover Athletic."
With the under-13s squad now almost complete pre-season training starts for this new team on July 5th at 6.00pm in Elms Vale Road, Dover. Indoor winter training will commence at Sandwich Technology School in September.
